A New York City-area professional, Carisa Gaylardo has an extensive history in physical education and engages with Lifetime Athletic Fitness as a stretch therapist. A former group fitness coach at UFC Gym, Carisa Gaylardo concentrates on a personalized approach to achieving one’s peak level of health and performance.
Gaylardo’s background includes a past position as a fitness and Zumba instructor with the Riverdale Community Center, where she worked with a group of female students and helped them set and attain goals. She also provided mentorship that emphasized leading a positive lifestyle through optimal exercise and nutrition.
From 2012 to 2014, Gaylardo served as the head coach and recruitment and conditioning coach with the 12u and 18u softball teams of the Diamond Dolls Fastpitch Organization. She successfully took teams to the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) Nationals in Florida, where one earned a ninth-place finish out of 50 teams.
